Information concerning orders, delivery, sizing, returns and product care.

Will sold-out entries be restocked?

Restocks are not guaranteed.

Information concerning returns to circulation will be announced through the ECLIPSE network and official social channels.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. We also offer a premium choice with an estimate of 7-15 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Where are orders manufactured and dispatched from?

Orders are manufactured, prepared and dispatched through our international fulfilment network.

The dispatch location and delivery carrier may vary depending on the destination, product availability and selected shipping route.

Are taxes and customs charges included?

FOR EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS:

By default all our products have vat and custom fees included. The price you see on checkout after shipping is the final total you will pay. If for any reason you get charged by your courier notify us using the ACCESS DESK and we will sort it out.

EU orders are dispatched using a duties-paid delivery service.

Applicable import duties, customs charges and import taxes are included in the delivery arrangement. No additional import payment should normally be required when the parcel is delivered.

FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD:

Orders dispatched internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local processing charges.

Where these charges are not included during checkout or in the selected delivery service, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation containing tracking information is sent after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking may require up to 3 business days to begin displaying movement after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Use TRACE ORDER or the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact ECLIPSE immediately after placing your order if a change is required.

We will attempt to assist, but orders cannot be edited or stopped after they have entered fulfilment or have been dispatched.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights, including the applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Can I return my order?

Eligible products may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

For EU customers, a return request must normally be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. ECLIPSE covers the appropriate costs when a product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

Direct exchanges are not currently available.

Return the original product in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy and place a new order for the required size or colour.

Availability of the replacement product is not guaranteed.

How do I select my size?

Review the measurements displayed on the product page before ordering.

Compare the garment measurements with a T-shirt you already own. Do not rely only on your usual size, as sizing and silhouettes differ between garments.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact ECLIPSE within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• A photograph of the external packaging and shipping label

Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the case has been reviewed.
